Billing Terms

Billing terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for on account purchases. A charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all overdue accounts. We also accept Mastercard and Visa purchases.

Shipping/Order Terms

Shipping is F.O.B. BioCanadian warehouse. Delivery Time: Our in stock program features delivery within 48 to 72 hours. If any of the items on your order is temporarily out of stock, our customer service staff will contact you via e-mail to advise the expected delivery time and help you adjust your order if required. Returned Goods: You should be 100% completely satisfied with every product you select. If you are not, simply return for a full credit. In order to return purchased goods, a 'Return Goods Authorization' must be obtained within 30 days of purchase. All products returned must be in their original cartons and in their original condition. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact customer service for further assistance in this regard.
